Chapter 105: Negotiate With You? No, I’ll Just Put You Down

The people watching the alternate world of Heiming couldn't help but laugh in disbelief.

They knew that Danzo was colluding with Uchiha Madara, but Heiming still managed to pretend ignorance, using the excuse of visiting Sunagakure to avoid Madara's attack.

No, it wasn't a pretense—it was exactly Heiming's calculated move.

When he said those things to Tsunade, though, it almost didn't make sense.

Reactions from Other Leaders

Terumi Mei: "Heiming doesn't seem to care about Tsunade anymore. He's just speaking outright."

Ōnoki: "Hmm! Claiming he knows someone's coming to Konoha and leaving to avoid them? He's not wrong, but that's still shameless."

Fourth Raikage: "No self-respecting leader would do that. If I were Tsunade—"

Tsunade: "What? If it were you, what exactly would you do? Tell me."

Uchiha Madara: "It doesn't matter who it is. At this point, Heiming can calmly address Konoha's ninjas. That's already more merciful than expected."

Senju Tobirama: "Madara! Don't think I didn't hear that."

Uchiha Madara: "What then? Should Tsunade challenge Heiming? Or perhaps jump up and kick him?"

Senju Tobirama: "This… Well…"

Senju Hashirama: "It seems Tsunade isn't his match, anyway."

Sarutobi Hiruzen's Amusement

Meanwhile, in Heiming's world, Sarutobi Hiruzen sat atop Konoha's high platform, laughing uncontrollably.

The sight made Orochimaru, seated beside him, visibly uneasy.

"Hey! Old man, are you losing your mind after watching Naruto-kun's tactics unfold?"

"No, no," Hiruzen quickly denied, shaking his head.

"Orochimaru, Kuronaru-kun is finally dealing with Danzo. I've been waiting for this moment. I can't help but look forward to seeing how Danzo's story ends."

The bitterness in Hiruzen's tone was unmistakable. For decades, he'd tolerated Danzo's actions. Ever since he became Hokage, Danzo had been a constant thorn in his side, opposing him at every turn.

Now, watching Heiming dismantle Danzo piece by piece brought Hiruzen a strange sense of satisfaction.

Heiming Confronts Tsunade

Back on the screen, Naruto's words to Tsunade sent shockwaves through the audience:

Tsunade… Maybe others could criticize me, but you? You have no right.

Naruto reminded her of Konoha's near-collapse during Orochimaru's invasion.

"If I weren't there, would Konoha even exist as it does now?"

Tsunade was stunned, unable to counter immediately. The audience, however, had their own thoughts:

"Come on, Sasuke could've handled Gaara outside the village."

"Naruto's just using his silver tongue to brainwash Tsunade!"

Yet his next points silenced any rebuttals:

"You weren't even here, Tsunade. As the Third Hokage's apprentice, you were absent. Danzo had to send someone to retrieve you, and Jiraiya had to coax you back to become Fifth Hokage."

Tsunade's fists clenched in response, but Naruto wasn't done:

"After the war, I helped Koyuki Kazahana regain her throne in the Land of Snow. Her resources supported Konoha's reconstruction. I ensured Konoha could rebuild in peace, without worrying about outside threats. And where were you?"

The weight of his words settled heavily on Tsunade.

Tsunade's Doubts

Tsunade wasn't sure how to respond. His claims were grounded in reality, and it was clear he was leading her into his narrative.

Even so, Tsunade couldn't deny the truth behind his statements. After all, she had been absent during some of Konoha's most critical moments.

"Naruto," Tsunade began hesitantly, "what exactly do you want me to do?"

Naruto's tone softened slightly as he replied:

"I want you to support me as Hokage. If you don't want to help, that's fine—but don't stand in my way."

The bluntness of his ultimatum left her speechless.

Inwardly, the Nine-Tails cackled.

"Naruto! She's cornered. Why not use Rinnegan to see what she's really thinking?"

Naruto waved him off.

"No, Kurama. This isn't about force. Tsunade isn't stupid. Danzo pushed her out of Konoha; she's hurt. She just needs a nudge in the right direction."

A Filial Motive

Naruto then shifted his approach. His voice carried a deeper conviction.

"Tsunade, you're the granddaughter of Uzumaki Mito. That means we share blood. My parents sacrificed themselves for Konoha, and I won't let their efforts go to waste."

He continued, "I will take control of Konoha. If you choose to oppose me, people will die. But I'd prefer not to go that route. My parents wouldn't have wanted that."

His words struck a chord with the audience:

"This guy isn't just strong—he's playing everyone like chess pieces!"

"Tsunade doesn't have much of a choice here, does she?"

Naruto pressed on:

"Help me guide Konoha peacefully, and we can avoid bloodshed. If you don't… well, don't say I didn't warn you."

The silence that followed was deafening.

Tsunade's Reluctant Agreement

After a long pause, Tsunade finally responded:

"What exactly do you want me to do, Naruto? If it's something unreasonable, I won't agree."

Naruto smiled faintly.

"All I need is your support. When people inevitably complain about my leadership, they'll come to you. Convince them of the necessity of my decisions."

Tsunade blinked.

"That's it?"

"That's it," Naruto confirmed. "You don't need to fight or handle politics—just deal with the malcontents."

The simplicity of his request surprised her. Still, the implications were clear: without her support, Naruto would take Konoha by force if necessary.

Tsunade sighed deeply.

"Fine," she said. "I'll help you—but only if you promise not to harm the village unnecessarily."

Naruto nodded.

"Deal."

The Audience's Reactions

The audience couldn't help but marvel at Naruto's manipulative genius.

Jiraiya: "That kid's sharper than I ever gave him credit for."

Fourth Raikage: "He's got everyone dancing to his tune. I'd almost admire him if it weren't so terrifying."

Uzumaki Kushina: "At least he's doing it for Konoha, right?"

Nine-Tails: "He's not bad, but let's be honest—this is way more entertaining for me."

The scene ended with Naruto walking away, having secured Tsunade's reluctant alliance.

He didn't need to negotiate. He didn't need to beg.

He simply put her in a position where saying "no" wasn't an option.

And in doing so, he reminded everyone watching why Uzumaki Heiming was a force to be reckoned with.
