Chapter 13: The Contract
Kazehana carried Kaito effortlessly in her arms, the wind lifting them both into the sky. They soared above the city, heading toward a mountain overlooking the sprawling metropolis.
When they landed at the mountain's peak, Kazehana set Kaito down gently and created a barrier of wind around them, shielding them from the world below.
She turned to him, her gaze steady and filled with love. "Kaito, I need you to trust me. To form our contract, I need to connect with you completely. Will you let me?"
Kaito hesitated but nodded. "I trust you, Kazehana."
She smiled and stepped closer, cupping his face in her hands. "Then let's begin."
Kazehana leaned in, her lips brushing against his in a tender, deliberate kiss. A surge of energy flowed between them, and Kaito felt their bond solidify, a warmth spreading through his entire being.
As they pulled away, Kazehana hugged him tightly. "I'm yours now, Kaito. Completely."
They spent the night talking, sitting close together under the stars. Kazehana told him stories of her past lives, her longing, and her unshakable love for him. Kaito listened, his heart swelling with a mix of gratitude and affection.
"Thank you, Kazehana," he said quietly. "For everything."
When dawn broke, they returned to the mansion. Miya greeted them at the door, her crimson eyes glinting with amusement.
"So, I take it the two of you finally bonded," she said, a knowing smile on her lips.
Kazehana nodded. "I'm officially part of the family now."
Miya welcomed her warmly. "Then let's celebrate. Dinner's already prepared."
A Family Grows
That evening, the three of them shared a hearty meal, laughter filling the dining room as Kaito told Miya about his encounters with Kazehana.
After dinner, they retired to the living room. Kaito sat between Miya and Kazehana, his heart filled with a newfound sense of belonging.
When it was time to sleep, Kaito found himself embraced by both Queens, their warmth and love surrounding him.
"Goodnight, Kaito," Miya whispered, placing a soft kiss on his forehead.
"Sweet dreams, my King," Kazehana added, hugging him tightly.
