His spirit, on the brink of divinity wandered the mortal realm until it found an unlikely vessel—a slain noble child whose adopted father, an Elven overlord, had infused his body with forbidden magic, granting him  unnatural longevity. Seizing the opportunity, Ragon took over the child's body, determined to reclaim his power, defy fate, and carve his own path among gods and mortals alike.

The Noble Blood

Ragon had never seriously considered the idea of having feelings for Thera—at least, that's what he kept telling himself.

Back in Olympia, he had never pursued romance. It wasn't that women didn't flock to him, but he simply never found the right match. Living for a thousand years without love was undeniably lonely, but for someone like Ragon, who had been constantly training to ascend the throne, relationships were a distraction he couldn't afford. One mistake, and his father's wrath would fall upon him. He had always walked that fine line until his untimely death.

Now, in this new life, he refused to entertain such thoughts. His sole focus was regaining his rightful place in Olympia and seeking revenge against those who betrayed him.

Hearing others suggest that he and Thera were a good match irritated him more than he expected. Thera, on the other hand, shook her head furiously.
