Cassandra looked up at the nosey guard. "Your lady doesn't own this shop so I am free to enter as I please. Should I send for the town guards to make you move from in front of me? Then she'll have even more attention on her."

Lucas forgot about Gabriel and placed Cassandra as the one he wanted to kill. There was more to this woman than he first thought.
