Slowly, Michael transforms this new world into a place even better than his previous one by taking ideas from the modern world and putting it in this world, with the added bonus of magic.

Michael's excitement surged. One of the biggest reasons why he wanted to relocate to the Parched Lands was the potential to encounter unique and talented monsters. Ever since he discovered that his ability could awaken their talent, an entirely new world of possibilities had opened up before him.

Most people overlooked monsters and beasts as nothing more than instinct-driven creatures with no intelligence or potential. But ever since he met Fudge, Michael realized that monsters were just as talented as humans!

So, when he sensed the presence of something nearby, he welcomed the sudden encounter.

Bringing his automobile to a stop, he immediately got out to observe his surroundings.

From his perspective, there was not a single piece of living being anywhere he looked. There was just an endless wasteland of cracked earth, dry air and the occasional tumbleweed that rolled in the distance.
