Situation in Orcus town

Orcus Town used to be an extremely popular hotspot for business. It was a place where a lot of companies competed against each other to get a spot in the wet market visited by thousands of people each day.

They used to consider it a good marker for a company if they were able to retain a center spot in the market without losing any customers.

But because of its proximity to the mountain ranges dividing the Kings and Queens region, they were also subject to a lot of natural disasters such as landslides and earthquakes.

Of course, it took a lot of money and time to renovate and reconstruct any broken establishments in the town—something that not a lot of people thought was worth it.

Eventually, people began to leave the town, with the cracks in the roads and buildings no longer getting repaired each time a disaster struck. This led to a further degradation of the town, which forced more and more people to migrate to other places.
