Chiba clan

It took the First Tsuchikage less than one hour to finish issuing the shinobi registration card for Kojiro.

After Kojiro received his shinobi registration card, he went back towards the Tsuchikage office.

In the Tsuchikage office

"KNOCK, KNOCK."

"ENTER."

Kojiro entered the Tsuchikage office, and he saw Hareyama still in the office.

When Onoki saw Kojiro entering the Tsuchikage office, he smiled and said to Hareyama, "Hey Hareyama, how about we continue this after an hour?"

Hereyama was surprised when he heard this but nodded his head to Onoki, and he said to him, "Ok, no problem."

Hareyama then stood up from his seat and started walking towards the office door; he stopped in front of Kojiro.

He looked deeply at Kojiro, and after a few moments, he gave a small, unnoticeable smile.

Hareyama then thought to himself, "This kid is really interesting. Just like what Onoki said to me, he is only 5 years old and has a high Chunin's chakra reserve."

Hareyama then turned his head to Onoki and said to him, "Onoki, you are lucky to have a good apprentice; you better look after him well, or I will poach him from you."

When Onoki heard what Hareyama just said, he got a tic mark above his eyebrow and yelled at Hareyama, "Get the hell out of my office, you bastard."

Hareyama chuckled when he heard this, but suddenly Onoki's secretary entered the Tsuchikage office carrying a pile of paperwork for Onoki.

Onoki's eyebrows twitched when he saw the paperwork. He looked at his secretary and said to her, "Ame, go and tell Lord First that I need his help."

Ame had short brown hair, an elegant face and eyebrows, fair skin, a curvy feminine body, elegant eyebrows and eyelashes, and cherry-like lips.

Ame nodded her head back obediently to Onoki and left the Tsuchikage office the same time Hareyama left.

After a few minutes 

The First Tsuchikage entered the Tsuchikage office and asked Onoki. "Onoki, what do you need?"

Onoki smiled and answered the First Tsuchikage, "Lord First, I want you to take care of the office for a while. I would like to take Kojiro to meet with the Chiba clan head."

The First Tsuchikage was surprised when he heard this but nodded his head and said to Onoki, "Alright, Onoki, I don't know what you are planning, but I will take care of the office for the time being."

Onoki smiled, nodded his head, stood up, and said to Kojiro, "Come on, kid, I want you to meet someone."

Kojiro nodded, and then he and Onoki left the Tsuchikage office.

Outside the Tsuchikage Tower

Kojiro was following Onoki. He looked at Onoki and asked, "Sensei, why are we going to meet with the head of the Chiba clan?"

Onoki smirked when he heard Kojiro's question, then he started answering Kojiro, "Listen, Kojiro, the Chiba clan used to be a samurai clan before they joined Iwa."

Kojiro was surprised when he heard this; he looked at Onoki and said, "Sensei, this is doesn't make any sense According to what I learned in the academy, all samurai clans live in the land of iron, and because of their code of honor, they only serve the land of iron Daimyo. How can the Chiba clan join Iwa?"

Onoki chuckled when he heard this from Kojiro, and he said to him, "Well, you are intelligent, just like the academy reports say about you, kid."

Kojiro smiled at Onoki when he heard this and said, "Thank you, sensei."

Onoki then started explaining to Kojiro, "Like I told you, kid, the Chiba clan used to be a Samurai clan, but what I didn't tell you is that the Chiba clan used to serve as the personal guards of the land of Iron Daimyo."

Kojiro nodded his head, and Onoki continued, "Shortly after the establishment of the shinobi villages in the Elemental Nation, the Daimyo of the land of Iron was mesmerized by the beauty of the daughter of the land of water Daimyo when he met her, and he wanted to marry her."

Kojiro raised his eyebrows in interest and thought to himself, "I feel that the story of the Chiba clan sounded like those drama movies I used to watch in my previous life."

When Onoki saw Kojiro listening to him carefully, he continued, "The land of Water Daimyo refused to marry his daughter to the land of Iron Daimyo no matter how many times he proposed."

Onoki then looked at the sky for a few moments and then continued, "The Land of Iron Daimyo got really angry at the Land of Water Daimyo; he then ordered the Chiba clan to kidnap the daughter of the Land of Water Daimyo and bring her to him, but the Chiba clan refused to follow his order because it was against the samurai code of honor that they follow."

When Kojiro heard this, his eyes shone with respect and admiration. He then asked Onoki, "So what happened next, sensei?"

Onoki sighed in sadness after hearing Kojiro's question, then he started answering Kojiro, "The land of Iron Daimyo ordered the execution of the Chiba clan. Every samurai in the land of Iron started hunting them down. Many Chiba clansmen died, but because of how strong the Chiba clan was, they survived the hunt."

Kojiro's eyes widened in shock when he heard this and thought, "This Daimyo is mentally ill; he ordered the massacre of an entire clan just for a woman. That is insane."

Onoki was quiet for a few moments and then continued, "When the Chiba clan entered the land of earth while they were hunted down by the Samurai, they were saved by Lord Second, and he forced the samurai to retreat; he then invited the Chiba clan to join Iwa. In return for joining Iwa, Iwa will guarantee their protection from the other samurai in the land of Iron, and the Chiba clan agreed to join Iwa."

Kojiro was amazed after hearing how the Chiba clan joined Iwa and smiled widely.

Onoki then said to Kojiro, "Since you want to specialize in Kenjutsu learning, sparring with the Chiba clan members is the best method you can use right now to improve your Kenjutsu."

Kojiro smiled, and he nodded in agreement. After 5 minutes, they arrived in front of a medium-sized eastern mansion.

The mansion in front of Kojiro and Onoki was the Chiba clan mansion.

Two guards were guarding the gate of the mansion; a sword was tied around the waists of the two guards.

When the two guards saw Onoki and Kojiro walking towards the mansion, they quickly bent the knee and called respectfully to Onoki, "Tsuchikage-sama."

Onoki smiled at the guards and said to them, "Please raise, and can you notify the clan leader I would like to meet him?"

The guards rose and nodded their heads respectfully to Onoki, "Sure thing, Tsuchikage-sama, please follow us."

Onoki nodded, and then he and Kojiro entered the mansion.
