Arella felt her cheeks warm up at the intensity of his gaze. It would not have bothered her before, but now all she could think about was how he had practically confessed his feelings for her.
It might have been the bond talking, but it was still enough to make Arella feel things she had never felt before. She did her best to remain composed, and gave him a twirl, "well. I do think the dress matches me really nicely."
King Varziel's dimpled smile was all the answer she needed to know that he liked the dress. Velmoria, who was standing a few paces away from King Varziel, seemed to be holding back an amused smirk. Arella rolled her eyes at her then before shifting her attention back to the king.
"I'm picking out a gown for the coronation. Do you think I can wear more than one?" She smoothed out the ribbons of the dress.
"That dress more than suits you, and you can do whatever you want for the coronation." King Varziel said.
