An hour later, Lucas and Maya arrived in front of Diana's house. The house stood grandly, boasting a modern design that showcased the occupant's social status. Lucas stepped out of the car, his eyes scanning the house with a calculating gaze.

"Diana hasn't changed—still loves flaunting her wealth," Lucas thought before pressing the doorbell.

Moments later, the door opened, revealing Diana. She looked graceful despite wearing casual clothes. Her eyes narrowed as she noticed Maya and Lucas standing at the door, her expression quickly turning sour.

"Maya? Lucas? What are you two doing here?" Diana asked flatly, though a flicker of dislike flashed in her eyes as she glanced at Maya.

Maya seemed nervous, but Lucas stepped forward, a faint smile on his face.

"Good morning, Diana. We're here to visit. It's been a while since we last met."

Diana glanced at Lucas from head to toe, her expression turning mocking.
