Zoya's POV
Just as he commanded, his followers obeyed him and I was locked in the dungeon.
I couldn't remember how long I had stayed but the fact that the guards had changed more than four to five times made me realize that it was getting to two days or more since I was locked in the dungeon.
What does this beast want from me? Did he just want to turn my life into something horrible in the end?
I was deep in thought when I heard rustling sound from my corner, I turned and found a strange looking lady with unkempt long white hair and looking so malnourished.
At first, I almost gasped at her sight because she looked like a ghost before taking a calm look at her.
"Who are you and what do you want?" I asked the woman, giving her a long cryptic look.
Like, what was an old woman doing in prison?
"My identity doesn't matter." She dragged her words like one who was struggling to speak.
