Leaving The Maze

Zephyr's silver eyes lingered on her for a moment longer before he turned away. "We need to move. That wasn't the only Guardian in here."

As if on cue—

A distant roar echoed through the maze.

The distant roar sent a shiver down Aria's spine.

They may have taken down one Guardian, but it was clear the maze wasn't finished testing them yet.

Zephyr was already moving, his gaze sharp and calculating as he led the way forward. "We don't have much time. If we get stuck fighting every Guardian, we'll never make it out."

Selene scoffed, brushing dust off her pristine outfit. "That's obvious. The real question is whether all of us can keep up." Her eyes flickered to Aria.

Aria clenched her fists but said nothing.
