REAGAN POV
I walked down the hallway two of my guards following after me and Nikolai and Miguel following closely after. I walked as I could towards the dungeon, ignoring the surprised look of servants and the guards. I pushed myself to walk even faster heading straight towards the one place I never thought she would be.
Immediately I heard the news, I came as fast as I could because I refused to believe what I heard about Dahlia. Miguel was the one who was the one who had informed me through a letter and the next day I had grabbed my horse and left, not caring if I didn't get the job done.
Dahlia wouldn't do such a thing, especially not after she had told me her father's instructions about it and if she had wanted to follow through with it, she wouldn't have told me. Besides I know my wife, she wouldn't do something like that, at least not without a reason.
