"This place is… dangerous," Selene, his ever-watchful spider beast, said softly as she moved closer to Kai. "But it's filled with materials of great value—materials cursed, yes, but still useful in the right hands."
Kai nodded thoughtfully, his gaze sweeping across the twisted landscape. The ground was littered with broken stones and dark vines, while bizarre plants that seemed to hum with eerie energy grew everywhere. The very plants, herbs, and even the beasts were tainted with curses—but there was also potential for profit.
"I'll need to collect what I can," Kai murmured. "These cursed materials might fetch a high price with the right buyers—beast masters with cursed beasts will be interested in them. Who knows, maybe they'll have something to trade in return."

As he continued his search, Kai spotted something intriguing—an artifact half-buried in the earth. It was a jagged obsidian stone, pulsing with a dark, eerie glow. It felt familiar in a way, as if it had been made specifically for cursed beasts.
Kai reached down to collect it, sensing that it might be useful either as an enhancement item or a bargaining chip. "This could be worth something. Maybe a beast master with a cursed beast would want it."
His beasts, standing nearby, kept alert, their senses heightened by the curse that lingered around them. Yami, her purple serpentine form flickering slightly, looked at Kai with a sharp gaze. Kai approached the remains of the creature, and once again, his instincts told him to collect. "There could be something useful here," he said as he sifted through the remains. He found a cursed beast core, its dark energy still thrumming within it.
"This could be valuable," Kai murmured, placing it in his pouch. "A beast master specializing in cursed beasts might be interested in this core. Or it might serve as a catalyst for enhancing one of my beasts."
