Operation Duan Mei

The morning light illuminated a group of men dressed in black suits, each armed with pistols. Among them stood Duan Mei, clad in her police uniform, patiently awaiting Shao Mei and her cameraman as they finished setting up their equipment.

The red light of the camera was already glowing, signaling it was live. Meanwhile, a body camera worn on Duan Mei's chest recorded from her perspective.

Once the cameraman completed his setup, Shao Mei, adjusting her hair, took hold of the microphone and faced the camera. "This is Shao Mei with BNTV, reporting live from downtown," she announced confidently.

As the broadcast began, Shen Zeming’s black-suited bodyguards moved in unison toward the grocery store. Duan Mei, leading the operation, followed closely. Shao Mei narrated, walking briskly behind the group, "We are here at Xiangfeng Market District, where a high-stakes private police operation is underway."
