HOW DARE YOU, TO APPEAR BEFORE ME!

It was undeniably morning at the Beijing Municipal No. 1 Detention Center. The guards, yawning as they shuffled through the dimly lit hallways, moved with a sluggishness that betrayed their exhaustion.

One particular guard, grumbling under his breath, made his way toward a specific cell block.

He sighed audibly, his breath heavy with irritation.

The person he was about to deal with was none other than Luo Chen—a notorious detainee who had been nothing but trouble since his arrival.

Luo Chen, the so-called "Young Master" of the Luo family, had made a habit of shouting at and disrespecting the guards, flaunting his privileged background at every opportunity.

Today, however, the guard had been assigned an unwelcome task: escorting Luo Chen to the visiting booth.

Apparently, some "important people" had requested to speak with him. As the guard approached the cell, he absentmindedly twirled the keys in his hand, stifling yet another yawn.
