I Asked You

Connor

We hadn't talked about it once we got home. In fact we hadn't talked about it in over three days. Edward was normal as always. Just goofing off and being a busy bee. Great at nationals practice and he also did a photoshoot for his company.

He was planning a trip to Italy soon to visit Ethan therefore I wouldn't have him for a week in a few days. Which sucked. We hadn't been apart in quite a while and I didn't want to be alone necessarily. I had a great dinner with Melanie and we were improving.

It was going to take time but it would get there.

"Don't forget we have dinner with my family tomorrow," Edward kicked the rugby ball towards me and I quickly dived to catch it. We were training in his backyard that was practically the size of a field which was great.

All the privacy in the world and luxurious grass beneath us.
