Uchiha Mikoto and Uzumaki Mito

Sasuke, long devoid of his usual cold demeanor, threw himself into Mikoto's embrace. Mikoto, startled at first, quickly softened as she felt the boy in her arms.

"Sasuke…"

Her voice carried warmth, a mother's love, soothing Sasuke's troubled heart. Tears welled up in his eyes, silently streaming down his cheeks.

"You've grown so much… life must have been hard all these years." Mikoto's gaze filled with sorrow as she looked at the boy who was no longer the little child she remembered.

"It wasn't hard," Sasuke replied, shaking his head vigorously.

He had so much to say but couldn't find the words. Instead, his tears spoke for him, the release of years of pain and longing. Behind his cold exterior, a vulnerable boy had always been hiding.

Mikoto's gaze lifted to another familiar figure standing nearby. A slender figure, back turned, trembling slightly.

"Itachi, turn around."

Itachi flinched but didn't move.

"Turn around and face me, Itachi," Mikoto's tone grew stern, though still gentle.

Reluctantly, Itachi turned, keeping his head bowed, unable to meet her eyes.

"Mother…"

His voice cracked, filled with guilt.

He couldn't bear to look at her—not after what he had done. How could he face her after slaughtering their clan and betraying their family?

Mikoto's lips trembled before she extended her hand, pulling Itachi into her embrace alongside Sasuke.

"You foolish children… you've worried me so much."

Her voice broke, tears streaming down her face as she held her sons.

At her words, Itachi couldn't hold back anymore. The walls he had built around his emotions crumbled, and he wept openly, whispering, "I'm sorry, Mother… I'm so sorry…"

Naruko stood nearby, staring at the scene with wide eyes, her expression a mix of admiration and longing. She bit her lip as she felt tears prickling at the corners of her eyes. She was happy for Sasuke, but deep down, a pang of jealousy gnawed at her.

BOOM!

Suddenly, a powerful surge of chakra erupted from the other coffin. A red-haired woman opened her dark eyes, and an overwhelming force filled the room, causing cracks to form on the floor.

Inside Naruto's Seal

Kurama, the Nine-Tails, froze, its fur standing on end.

"That chakra… it's Mito's!?" Kurama's voice was filled with shock and unease.

"Why is that woman alive again?" The fox growled, pacing in agitation. Memories of Uzumaki Mito, the first Jinchūriki to seal it away, came rushing back.

"That wretched woman and her accursed sealing techniques…"

The fox's anger boiled over, snarling at the memory of the powerful Uzumaki princess who had kept it trapped for decades.

"This is all the fault of that damn Hashirama, Madara, Mito, Kushina, and now this brat! Damn humans!"

Kurama roared furiously, its chakra raging within the confines of the seal.

"One day, I'll break free, and when I do, I'll destroy you all!"

Hokage's Office

The chakra emanating from the red-haired woman left everyone stunned. Hiruzen's eyes grew misty as he whispered, "It's… Uzumaki Mito…"

Jiraiya and Kakashi stood frozen, their faces a mix of awe and reverence.

Naruko, on the other hand, felt a strange sense of warmth emanating from the woman. She hesitated for a moment before stepping closer, her small frame trembling.

Their eyes met, and Mito's sharp gaze softened.

"Are you… my mother?" Naruko asked weakly, her voice barely above a whisper.

Mito frowned slightly before reaching out to flick Naruko's forehead lightly.

"Don't be silly, child."

Naruko winced, rubbing her head with a pout. "Ouch! That hurt!"

"Be careful with your words, little one," Mito said gently.

Naruko's expression dimmed slightly. If Sasuke's mother was in the other coffin, why couldn't hers be here too?

"Mito-sama, is it really you?" Hiruzen asked, his voice trembling.

Mito tilted her head. "Sarutobi? My, you've aged… I hardly recognize you."

She studied his elderly features, surprised at how much time had passed. To the resurrected, the flow of years felt like mere moments.

"What has happened while I've been gone?" Mito asked.

Hiruzen explained the events of recent decades, from the destruction of the Uzumaki clan to the state of Konoha. Mito listened quietly, her expression shifting from concern to sadness.

Her gaze returned to Naruko, softening even more. The chakra she sensed from the girl was unmistakable.

"You're Kushina's child, aren't you?" Mito murmured, her voice filled with warmth.

Naruko hesitated, nodding shyly.

Mito smiled and extended her hand. "Come here, child."

Naruko glanced nervously at Jiraiya and Kakashi, silently asking for reassurance. When they nudged her forward, she shuffled closer, her small body trembling.

Mito placed her hand on Naruko's head, examining her closely.

"Your name?" Mito asked softly.

"N-Naruto…" Naruko stammered, her voice timid.

Mito tilted her head. "Naruto? But you're clearly a girl. Shouldn't it be Naruko?"

Naruko puffed her cheeks indignantly. "I'm Naruto Uzumaki! I'm a boy! And I'm going to be Hokage, believe it!"
