Amnesia!

"~Well, my life story isn't a very shocking fairy tale as you girls are all expecting. About seven years ago, I ended up opening up my eyes and found myself in the main cathedral. And then I ended up meeting the head Pope Raymond. He ended up filling me with what occurred to me. That being that I was kidnapped by some goblins. But luckily before anything could happen to me, a bunch of adventures showed up and saved me. But due to the horrendous things I saw, happening to the fellow females by the goblins. My mind couldn't take anything more. So my mind thought of a way to protect myself. That being to lock up my very memories, those being information of who i am & other such things. So for the past seven years, I've been staying in the cathedral, trying to regain my memories while also learning how to recontrol my skills again. And learning all the things I had forgotten, I was trained on writing, literature, anything basic you could think of. Pope Raymond hypothesized that I was a high elf, one who wanted to go on an adventure but was not allowed by my people. So I ended up sneaking out, and, you know, the rest, and I was being caught by a bunch of goblins. He also hypothesized that I was very strong, even without my full memories. But maybe something happened that led to me being captured by those goblins. I really don't remember. Even without my memory, for one unknown reason, since I lost my memory, I always had an unexpected urge to fulfill this urge of mine to be an adventurer. Not one well-known, but one who's free, living life to the fullest. Of course, I really do not know how old I truly am. Maybe my status-screen might be lying to me. I know that sounds stupid, a status lying? But due to me not having my memory, I might be older than I look, or think. Like I said, my life story isn't that legendary."

The females of the group all had their mouths hanging wide open as they heard Delia's full life story.

They all thought to themselves, maybe she was lying or twisting her story a bit. But when they all saw her glazed look in her eyes, they knew that she wasn't lying to them. She told them the absolute truth without leaving anything. Eina looked at the females, while the girls also looked to her.

They nodded their heads, and when Eina saw it she also nodded her head, with a smile on her face.

She then looked at Delia and said:

"Wow, I would never have expected for you to go through something like that, and you still chose to be an adventurer. Especially when you know one day you might have to face goblins in the near future."

Delia held her right hand on top of her left hand, she then looked down at Eina, with a visible nervous smile replied:

"I know, but after all, I already knew this could happen. And I've been preparing myself every single day for it. I'll have to eventually face my fears head-on. Maybe when I do meet a goblin face to face, I might unlock my memories once again."

Eina saw Delia's resolve, and nodded her head with a smile, and said:

"Do not worry, we will all help you, after all, you are one of us! As we in our guild, take care of one another, we are a huge family. When one person is in trouble, we're always there to help. When one is sad, we all weep. When one of us is angry, we all get angry. That's how it works in our guild. Our guild is not just a guild, it's a huge family."

An hour passed as the girls & Delia talked over some girl stuff. Until a random thought passed through Delia's head, so she asked Eina about her inquiry:

"I happened to realize that when I was in the guild I didn't happen to see anyone above B-rank in the guild."

Eina nodded her head in understanding and said:

"Yeah, all the guilds A-ranks all somehow went on a one-week quest. While the S-rank adventures quests mostly take about a month or longer. But SS-rank ones are only four of them in our guild. And their quests take longer than that."

"Hmm...I see," exclaimed Delia. As she thought over what Eina explained.

Delia suddenly curled an eyebrow, in question. And seeing her reaction, Eina also raised an eyebrow, and asked:

"Looks like you have something to inquire about. What is it?," Delia thought over her inquiry, before speaking it out loud.

"I have a lot of questions about our guild. Would you mind filling me with a bit of our guilds history?

Eina nodded her head and said: "Of course, each one of us has interesting stories to fill you in."

Like that, three hours later passed by.

By the time that the girls were leaving the cafe, they realized it was already night-time.

They all looked around and saw the city's clock tower, and it read: "8:30pm."

The girls all looked dumbfounded by the time, as they pondered if they really took that long.

Delia curled an eyebrow almost past her hairline. But she didn't ponder much on it, as she asked Eina something that she meant to ask long ago:

"I need to find a room. I'm new to this city, I'm sorry to ask, but is there any chance there's an inn that you would recommend for me to stay at? Since it was the first time I came to the city, I do not actually have anyone I know to stay at for now. And I prefer an inn that isn't that expensive but very cozy."

Eina put a hand on her chin and fought over it. Then she just said: "Why don't you just stay at the guild?"

Delia blinked twice in confusion and asked: "The guild?"

"Yeah, the guild also has its own built-in inn. It's built so that the adventures do not have to pay that much. Why do you think people make so much money in our guild? It's different from other guilds," explained Eina.

"Didn't I explain that during my explanation," confusedly inquired Eina.

"Sorry. I kind of forgot that part," comically spoke Delia.

"Our guild is the top-3, strongest guild in the kingdom, you know?," Eina asked with a raised eyebrow.

"So where are you girls heading off to?," nonchalantly inquired Delia as she stared at the city's clock tower.

Eina looked at the girls and saw them looking tired as well, all stretching their bodies and she said:

"We're also heading to the inn at the guild."

"OK. Seems were all heading to the same direction, let's all head-off together, then?," inquired Delia with an actual shrug of her shoulders.
