This time, their window shopping led them to a street with no vendors, but instead, shops offering discounts for the occasion.

They entered a well-established magic store, filled with everything from common items to rare treasures. At first, they considered going for something cheaper, but Lanling promptly shut them down with a raised brow.

"Don't I handle the money?" he asked, his voice calm, confident, and just arrogant enough to leave a refreshing taste. "If I say you can buy here, then buy. Stop hesitating."

The uncle and nephew were speechless. With no way to argue, they began browsing.
