"Kill them?"
"Do they have Devil Fruit powers?"
Wilhelm's tone wasn't great—almost dismissive.
Smoothie, Strong, and exchanged astonished glances, their faces full of surprise.
Wilhelm shrugged. "They didn't have Devil Fruit powers a few decades ago, so I doubt they have them now."
"But you..."
Smoothie frowned, clearly puzzled by Wilhelm's reasoning.
Killing the two former leaders of the Giant Warrior Pirates would do more than just provoke the giants, who already despised the Big Mom Pirates.
Normally, the two groups avoided interfering with each other. So what could the Big Mom Pirates possibly gain from this?
Even if news of their actions didn't spread, would it be worth traveling all this way just to kill two Titans without Devil Fruit abilities?
Snamon blinked, her expression thoughtful.
With a sigh, Wilhelm glanced at her. "Don't act clueless, Simon..."
At some point, she had untied her usual high ponytail, letting her long brown hair fall freely down her back, likely to let it dry after being dampened with sweat. It looked casual and out of place.
"Whoosh!"
Wilhelm grinned and moved his right hand through the air as if grabbing something invisible.
Suddenly, a mushroom-shaped Devil Fruit appeared in his hand. He had used his ability to retrieve the Human-Human Fruit from another location.
"The Human-Human Fruit?"
The three Smoothie sisters stared at him in surprise.
"Zoan-type Devil Fruits, when given to non-living objects, can turn them into living creatures connected to the fruit's powers. They'll even have vital signs..."
Wilhelm observed the three sisters, who were now watching him intently, their curiosity evident.
With a sly smile, Wilhelm asked, "So, what do you think will happen if the corpse of a Titan eats the most unique Zoan fruit—the Human-Human Fruit?"
"What?"
"You're not seriously thinking..."
"Tsk, tsk. What a crazy idea!"
The sisters' eyes narrowed as their interest grew, glowing with anticipation. Clearly, they were eager to see what would happen next.
Before long, their pirate ship approached the shore of a lush island, its dense vegetation coming into view.
"Ho-ho—"
The beast roared endlessly.
Brachiosaurus, Triceratops, Pterosaurs...
Above them, countless dinosaurs—creatures that should have been long extinct—loomed in an awe-inspiring display.
After ordering the crew to stay behind on the shore, Wilhelm took the three sisters and vanished from the pirate ship.
Soon, they arrived at a wide clearing and found their target.
A Titan, as massive as a mountain, lay on its side, snoring loudly like rolling thunder.
At first glance, it could easily be mistaken for a small hill.
"ZZZ~~~ZZZ~~~" The enormous snores echoed non-stop.
"Tsk, tsk. So this is a Titan?"
"It's really huge!"
Smoothie, Strong, and stared up at the gigantic figure before them, their faces full of amazement.
Although they were born in the New World and were part of the Charlotte family, Titans were rare to encounter, even for them.
"Blue Ogre Dorry?" Wilhelm muttered, looking at the massive helmet, the oversized sword, the round shield, and the long beard of the sleeping giant.
He was pretty sure he had identified the Titan.
"Should I take him out?" Smoothie offered eagerly.
Over the past few days, under Wilhelm's guidance, Smoothie had been making impressive progress in mastering her Logia-type Thunder-Thunder Fruit. Her natural talent, combined with the training, allowed her to unleash up to 200 million volts.
Electricity that powerful wasn't something anyone could survive. Even the leader of the Titan race wouldn't stand a chance. A direct strike to such a vulnerable area like the head would either kill him instantly or leave him incapacitated.
"Forget it," Wilhelm said, shrugging. "If you make a move, it'll cause too much of a commotion."
Alerting the other former Giant Warrior Pirates' leader, "Red Ogre" Brogy, would mean dealing with both of them at once—something Wilhelm wanted to avoid.
In fact, Brogy was an essential part of Wilhelm's plan, a "tool" he intended to use later.
Even if "Blue Ogre" Dorry wasn't the same as he had been in the past, Wilhelm had a plan. The only thing he wasn't entirely sure about was whether the new "Blue Ogre" would retain the original Dorry's memories.
Still, even if the memories were lost, it wouldn't matter much.
Titans were straightforward and gullible. Wilhelm could easily fabricate a convincing story to manipulate them.
With the wisdom granted by the Human-Human Fruit, his new "Blue Ogre" would far surpass the original Dorry in intelligence. Wilhelm had high hopes for his creation and the role it would play in his schemes.
If this was true, then it was exactly as Wilhelm had predicted.
Combined with the immense physical strength of the Titan race, he believed the future of his "Blue Ogre" would be limitless.
"Shing—"
The Shichiseiken was unsheathed in an instant.
Coated in powerful Armament Haki, Wilhelm's gaze turned sharp and focused. He moved like a flash of lightning, his figure almost vanishing as he darted forward.
With incredible speed, his sword pierced Blue Ogre Dorry's temple.
The sheer force and precision of the attack destroyed Dorry's brain completely, severing all nerve functions.
"Urouge..."
Blue Ogre Dorry's eyes widened as the sharp pain jolted him awake. However, before he could scream or react, his consciousness faded. His vision dulled, and his life force rapidly drained away.
Blood poured from the wound, pooling around the fallen Titan.
"Well..."
After a while, Wilhelm ensured that Blue Ogre Dorry was truly dead.
Pulling the bloodstained Shichiseiken from the Titan's head, he let the blade absorb the remaining blood.
Wilhelm shrugged. "His vital signs are gone. He's completely dead."
Snamon's eyes lit up with excitement. "Then can we start now, Wilhelm?"
Both Smoothie and Strong were just as eager, their gazes fixed on him with anticipation.
"Yeah," Wilhelm confirmed with a nod.
He sheathed the Shichiseiken and drew out another blade, Natural Teeth. He placed the sword's edge against Blue Ogre Dorry's head.
"Om—"
A radiant, almost divine light emanated from the sword, and Blue Ogre Dorry's wounds began to heal visibly.
No—this wasn't simply healing. It was restoration.
This was one of the most extraordinary abilities of the Paramecia-type Healing-Healing Fruit: the power to restore both living and non-living things.
Wilhelm couldn't help but wonder if its ultimate potential might even reverse aging or bring someone back to life.
But even if such feats were possible, he imagined the cost would be enormous.
Just restoring Blue Ogre Dorry's massive wounds and repairing his destroyed brain had already drained a significant portion of Wilhelm's immense stamina.
For now, that was enough.
