The sudden smack on the backs of their heads snapped them out of it.

"What are you waiting for?" the old man scolded, though his voice was light.

"Thank Nnenna!"

His words jolted them.

It wasn't even a harsh reminder, it was just that he, too, was still so shocked that it had taken him this long to say anything.

"Thank you, Nnenna. But how did you manage to do it?" the brothers asked, feeling like they had a right to know.

Nnenna simply looked at them.
