Chapter 4 Serenity

Lin Yuyan raised an eyebrow as Xiao Feng pulled up to the food stall in his sleek McLaren Elva. "You're eating here?" she asked, a flash of doubt passing through her eyes.

Xiao Feng smiled. "The food here is amazing. Better than many expensive restaurants, trust me."

Lin Yuyan's skepticism slowly faded as they ordered their food and chatted. When the dishes arrived, the aroma wafting from the steaming hot skewers was incredibly appetizing. Lin Yuyan took a bite, and her eyes lit up. "Wow, this is really good!"

Xiao Feng grinned. "Told you. Now, how about some wine to go with it?" He signaled the waiter, who promptly brought over a chilled bottle.

As they sipped their wine and continued talking, Lin Yuyan found herself feeling more and more at ease around Xiao Feng. Despite his wealth and status, he seemed down-to-earth and genuinely interested in getting to know her.

The evening drew to a close, and Xiao Feng walked Lin Yuyan back to the car. As they stood outside the entrance, he smiled and said, "Thanks for tonight. I had a great time."

Lin Yuyan smiled back, feeling a spark of connection. "Me too. Maybe we can do it again sometime?"

The next day, Xiao Feng arrived at the prestigious Jade Oasis Villa Community, nestled in the heart of the city on his McLaren Elva,the eyes of all the saleswomen lit up as they they saw a rich and handsome young man came out of the car.Some young saleswomen even begin to dream about their charming price and their become flushed with a hint of blush.

Xiao Feng ignore their gazes as he already knew that after taking the pill he has become a ladykiller.He was greeted by a stunning saleswoman, Zhao Qingzhu, who asked

"How should I call you sir?"

Zhao Qingzhu said

"I am here to buy a villa"Xiao Feng said.

After a short ride of seven or eight minutes, the bus came to a smooth halt in front of the first manor. The property, surrounded by immaculately landscaped grounds, radiated an air of grandeur and exclusivity.

During the ride, Xiao Feng and Zhao Qingzhu exchanged names, their conversation polite and professional.

"Mr. Xiao," Zhao Qingzhu began, her voice tinged with pride as she gestured towards the expansive estate, "this manor is called "Serenity" it spans an impressive 3,500 square meters of land, with a residential area exceeding 1,500 square meters. It features a modern architectural design with three above-ground floors and two additional underground levels, all equipped with state-of-the-art amenities to ensure unparalleled comfort and luxury."

She walked him through the property, pointing out the various features with enthusiasm. "The manor includes an elevator for easy access to all floors, a private cinema for entertainment, an indoor heated swimming pool, a gaming room, a billiard room, an aquarium, and even a hot spring room for relaxation. On the third floor, there's a stylishly designed bar area perfect for hosting parties or social gatherings."

She continued, her tone growing more animated with each feature she described. "The underground floors include a spacious parking area that can accommodate several vehicles, as well as entertainment and fitness facilities. The second floor is dedicated to private living quarters, featuring seven fully furnished rooms, including a study, a walk-in closet, and five luxurious bedrooms. The ground floor houses a grand living room and dining area, both fully equipped with high-end furnishings and appliances, ready for immediate move-in."

As they walked through the grand halls and exquisite rooms, Zhao Qingzhu's passion for her work was evident, and Xiao Feng couldn't help but admire the level of detail that had gone into the property's design.

After completing the tour, they returned to the elegant living room, where they sat across from each other on plush sofas. Xiao Feng leaned back slightly, considering her question. "It's impressive," he said thoughtfully, "but what's the price?"

"One billion yuan," she replied, her voice steady despite the enormous figure she had just quoted.

Xiao Feng raised an eyebrow, momentarily impressed by the sheer scale of the price. For a fleeting moment, he wondered if Zhao Qingzhu had somehow guessed the substantial balance in his bank account.
