After being betrayed and emotionally broken by his ex-girlfriend, Jay isolates himself, building emotional walls no one can get through. Quiet and distant, he drifts through school unnoticed—until Xavier transfers in. With a fierce reputation and a soft spot he keeps hidden, Xavier becomes the first person to truly see Jay. As their paths intertwine, Xavier slowly unravels the pain behind Jay’s silence, and what begins as curiosity soon blossoms into healing, trust, and a love neither of them expected.
I had no idea Rahaf was so amazing at writing, I love how the story starts to shape out and the story develops! This is such a good book and is so intriguing, I couldn’t stop reading after those first few sentences. I hope Rahaf adds more chapters to it.
