Rakien awoke from his slumber feeling as if a scorching force was coursing through his body. He sat up, looking down at his hands, sensing that something within him had fundamentally changed.
"Do you feel any different?" Little Karn's voice sounded nearby, as if he too was experiencing similar sensations.
Rakien nodded, speaking softly, "I feel a strange warmth in my lower abdomen, as if it's burning." He furrowed his brows, trying to grasp the source of this power.
Old Karn also rose from the bedside, rubbing his shoulders, "I feel the same, as if there's a powerful heat surging within my body."
As they discussed, Marlene walked into the room gracefully, smiling at them. "Don't worry," she said, her tone gentle yet firm, "your chakras and meridians have been unblocked, which means your energy flow has been activated. You are now ready to cultivate some deeper abilities."
Little Karn excitedly asked, "Can we cultivate the levitation technique?"
Marlene nodded slightly, "You have indeed reached the foundation to cultivate levitation. However, mastering levitation is not an easy task. Normally, it would take about twenty years, by the time calculation of Okla, for someone to learn to levitate."
"Twenty years?" Rakien's eyes widened in shock, "Is it really that long?"
"Yes, cultivating this skill requires great patience and perseverance, of course, it also depends on your talent and concentration," Marlene explained, her gaze filled with kindness and encouragement.
Undeterred by the challenge, they spoke in unison, "Please! Teach us!"
Marlene smiled and nodded, "Alright, follow me."
The three followed Marlene out of the room and boarded the flight platform. The platform silently activated, gently lifting off, and began to fly towards the distance. The platform glided smoothly and quietly through the air, the entire flight nearly silent.
Little Karn couldn't help but ask, "We've noticed that the vehicles here, regardless of size, even the massive Glass Ship, make no noise when starting or flying. Is it because there's no air in space, so we can't hear the sound?"
Marlene shook her head with a smile, "No. The vehicles truly make no sound. We achieve this through principles of frequency, vibration, and energy. The mothership and the vehicles use space curvature flight; they can traverse the refraction points in space, achieving instantaneous jumps."
The flight platform glided effortlessly through the air like a light white dove, leisurely and content. It smoothly passed through the clouds and gradually approached the shimmering water surface. The morning sun gently bathed the water, as if draping the area in a golden veil. The light danced and flickered on the water's surface, reflecting a myriad of sparkling glints, like the starry night sky falling into the pool, joyously moving.
Suddenly, a deep and resonant cry rang out overhead. Everyone looked up in surprise to see several enormous birds soaring past. These birds were covered in vibrant, colorful feathers, each strand gleaming with a captivating luster, like a splendid canvas painted by nature. When their wings spread, they spanned an astonishing six meters wide, casting a shadow across the sky and stirring up gentle breezes.
What was even more astonishing was that these giant birds had faces resembling humans! The faces were well-defined, with clear features, and some even wore enigmatic expressions. Their eyes were deep and bright, as if they could see through everything in the world; their beaks slightly open, emitting calls that seemed to contain an ancient language and wisdom. This strange sight left everyone agape, filled with awe and curiosity for the unknown world.
Rakien couldn't help but exclaim, "These birds have human heads? They can even speak!"
Marlene covered her mouth and laughed, her voice as pleasant as silver bells. "They are the indigenous birds of Zevia, called Geleu. They can indeed speak and are very friendly. They were just welcoming you."
The flight platform steadily advanced high in the sky, like a light and agile bird, freely soaring towards the distant place. As the distance closed, a towering mountain range slowly came into view, its grandeur and magnificence breathtaking. The steep and perilous peaks stood like giants on the earth, with clouds like a delicate veil, faintly winding around the mountains, adding an air of mystery and reverence.
At the foot of the mountain, a crystal-clear lake lay like an enormous mirror, tranquil and still. The water was so transparent that one could clearly see the pebbles on the bottom and the fish swimming within. It acted as a natural canvas, perfectly reflecting the surrounding mountains and the vast sky, creating a stunning landscape. A gentle breeze passed, and the calm surface rippled with concentric waves, like dancing notes or nimble dancers, shimmering with a captivating glow under the sunlight, breathtaking and enchanting.
Marlene skillfully maneuvered the flight platform, descending slowly. Eventually, it landed steadily on a massive rock in the center of the lake. This rock was a marvel of nature, flat like a small island with a vast area to accommodate many people. What was even more magical was that the surface of the rock was covered with dense ancient inscriptions. The lines were simple yet powerful, as if containing endless mysteries and formidable power. They faintly shimmered under the sunlight.
"This is the place suitable for you to practice levitation," Marlene said, "The lake water contains a special substance that can help you concentrate and enhance your focus."
The group formed a circle and sat on the boulder. Marlene stood in the center, looking at them earnestly, beginning her guidance.
