The Creation Myth

The creators, born from the law, sought to create life to serve them. To achieve this, they harnessed chaos itself. This act led to the emergence of a being that ultimately generated 50% of that chaos, making it the very embodiment of chaos.

(Author's Note: I understand that many of you might be confused. Aren't the creators also incarnations of chaos? They are, in a sense, uncommon—existing as only one in a million—and contain a mere 0.0000000000001% chaos in their essence.)

Fearing that this being might one day overrule them, the creators used their essence to imprison it before it could grow too powerful.

Afterward, drained by the loss of their essence, the creators withdrew for long decades to rest. But as time passed, boredom and loneliness crept in. Instead of once again relying on chaos, they employed their power of Law to create the oldest gods—the Primordials. From the Primordials emerged a second tier of gods, known as the Titans. This progression continued, eventually giving rise to subsequent tiers of gods. These deities then embarked on the process of creation, which ultimately resulted in the existence of mortals.

Meanwhile, the guardians were secretly fashioned by the creators to watch over the unfolding creation. Unlike the gods, the guardians were imbued with 50% Law, ensuring that as long as creation endures, they will never die.

Even now, the guardians operate in secrecy, hidden from even the gods.
