Aunt Mariam took out a small glass bowl and those portions that she asked Lucien to bring 'Sleeping potion, Protection potion, Devil's Claw potion,Rose berries,Black Rose water, Blue Amber rock and One diamond '.
She opened her first portion which was Sleeping portion , she poured three drops of sleeping potion inside the bowl, it is know for making people sleep .She added five drops of Black Rose water inside , known for making people to hallucinate. She mixed them untill they turn to colour purple since the Sleeping portion was too pink and too thick while Black Rose water is watery black .
She then poured one drop of Devil's Claw potion inside. It is known for its poison that can kill an adult using less than one drop . It melts person's bones inside the body and eats their meat as if it is acid, what makes it special it doesn't destroy skin , and leaves no evidence that you had a heart , intestines , meat or brain. One might use your skin as a collection. If only used raw without mixing it with other portions or ingredients.
She then cut Blue Amber rock in half, grinded half of it and putted it inside the bowl. Blue Amber rock it is for getting dreams . It opens one's mind in order for them to dream when they sleeping. She takes out Diamond, also grinds it and poured it inside the bowl. Diamond is known for traping a person or their souls it also reflect them based on what they did that was wrong , it doesn't matter where the is the person or what are they doing . It traps them and reflect them with their ideas.
She putted the Rose berries inside the bowl and they melted while taking out pink smoke. Rose berries are so sweet and smells like a candy. They are safe to eat but they are only eaten by people who are still innocent, they can make one younger and more beautiful with no side effects. That's why in Aethoria when children reach the age of three to seven years their parents give them Rose berries so that when they reach puberty they will be more beautiful and handsome, bodies will be refined and enhanced and they will age slowly and to also see if they children are still pure and innocent .As for really not aging that depends if they become immortal like me.
But if Rose berries are eaten by a person who is not innocent they will make sure they smell bad for a day , even a bath will not help.
Now the last ingredient which is Golderine hair. It is for them to dream about Golderine . She took out five strands of Golderine hair and putted them inside a bowl. She them mixed them up using a gold spoon .Everything that was hard and solid , melted and became a liquid and turned to clear dark purple with little sparkles inside. It smelled like a sweet candy and if one saw it they might drink it . Mariam then poured it inside a glass that have a lid and closed it .
But of cause is wasn't for drinking ,it was for creating a Nightmare inside peoples dreams while containing them inside a dream . They will only get out of a dream after seven hours or when the person who created the potion let them off using their magical. This portion is Nightmare potion. It repeats the cycle of dreams for three nights or days. One will smell and feel inside their dreams , even if they try to wake up it will be no use ..It forces one to get to sleepy so that they can sleep and horrible dream starts until they end. If one doesn't want to sleep and forces herself or himself to stay awake , then hallucinations stars for the whole seven hours. Even hallucinations will be so vivid as if they are a real thing.
Only one thing is left , is to go to three targets houses and pour two drops of Nightmare portion on their foreheads , it doesn't matter if they are sleeping or not sleeping. It will work. And they will be scared of sleeping or closing their eyes before the last day arrives .
Mariam looked at her potion while she smiled.

Golderine's View
As Golderine was finishing up on doing her presentation and was done organizing it , she went to sleep . But she was restless and thought of what happened between her and Lucien. She didn't believe that Lucien was her cousin after what happened between them and certainly didn't like it when Lucien looked at her, maybe she liked it a little but hated it because she felt exposed and vulnerable infront of Lucien .
Golderine's thoughts were disturbed by the glow of moonlight filtering through the curtains. She slipped out of bed, her feet brushing against the brown fluffy mat and went to look outside at the moon. She decided to go out if her bedroom to the garden to admire moon and stars. She made her way to the garden and sat on a chair . She looked up, the stars were scattered like shards of broken glass across the dark blue sky, and the moon hung full and luminous, casting the world in a silvery sheen. The air felt alive tonight, charged with something she couldn't quite explain.
Golderine had always found solace in the garden. It was Mary's pride and joy, bursting with life in every corner—roses, lavender, and vines that curled around wrought iron trellises. But tonight, it felt different. The air smelled sweeter, the colors seemed more vivid, even under the moonlight. It was as if the garden itself was awake, breathing and watching.
She walked barefoot along the path, her fingers brushing the soft petals of the flowers. As she reached the flower that never bloomed that her Aunt Mariam never told her it's name , wind flowed with force and caused her to remove her hand from that unknown flower. Wind whispered in a language she didn't understand but somehow felt deeply familiar.
Golderine closed her eyes and inhaled deeply, letting the sounds of the night wash over her—the rustle of leaves, the chirping of crickets, the distant hoot of an owl. Her heart began to slow, her body relaxing into the rhythm of nature. She placed her hand on that flower again , and in that moment, something shifted.
The ground beneath her feet seemed to hum softly, and the air grew warmer. Her body tingled with energy, as if the earth itself was pouring life into her. She opened her eyes, startled, and gasped softly. Her reflection in the window of the garden shed caught her attention—her eyes were glowing, a pure, radiant white, like twin moons gazing back at her.
Her breath hitched as the glow intensified, illuminating the garden around her. The flowers seemed to sway toward her, their leaves trembling with excitement. The unknown flower pulsed beneath her hand, as if sharing its ancient wisdom through the connection.
For the first time, Golderine felt completely at peace, as though she belonged not just to the garden, but to something much greater. She could feel the life force of every living thing around her—the steady heartbeat of the every flowers including the one Mariam didn't want to tell her it's name, the delicate energy of the flowers, even the tiny scurrying creatures hidden in the soil. It was overwhelming yet comforting, like being cradled by an unseen presence.
Whispers filled her ears, soft and melodic, like a choir singing in harmony. She couldn't understand the words, but they resonated deep within her soul, filling her with warmth and certainty.
Golderine felt tears streaming down her cheeks, though she wasn't sad. It was as if she was reconnecting with a part of herself she hadn't known was missing. The glowing in her eyes dimmed gradually, fading into the night as the hum of energy subsided.
She stood there for a moment longer, her hand still on the flower ,her heart brimming with a strange but beautiful clarity. The whispers had stopped, but the warmth remained, a gentle reminder of what she had just experienced.
As the breeze carried the scent of lavender and roses, Golderine whispered into the night, "Okay I'm going to sleep, that's weird. " She left the garden without looking back.
Unknown to her, that unknown flower bloomed but with only one red petal ,the rest were closed up and did not show any signs of blooming. The petal closed it's self up.
The next morning felt unusually heavy. I did my every day routine and did not forget to apply make up and wear my glasses. I wore necklace that Lucien gave to me hid it inside my white t-shirt.I hope today I am not a target of Stephanie's abuse . I couldn't shake the strange dream I'd had the night before me with white glowing eyes and moon drawing on my forehead, whispers in a language I didn't understand, and feeling everything.
"Are you okay, Golderine?" Mary asked as I poked at my breakfast.
"I'm fine,"I lied, glancing at Lucien, who was sipping his coffee silently. His presence had started to feel a little normal ,but there was still something about him that made my instincts bristle.
"Don't forget your bag," Mary said as I got up from the table.
I nodded and grabbed it before heading out.
The walk to school was uneventful at first. The streets were quiet, the air was cold today . As I rounded the corner near the bakery, the scent of fresh bread wafted through the air, momentarily distracting me.
But then I felt it.
A prickle at the back of my neck.
I turned my head slightly and noticed a black car idling a short distance behind me. At first, I thought it was just someone parked, but as I kept walking, the car inched forward, keeping pace.
I quickened my steps, my heart pounding in my chest. My thoughts raced as I kept glancing behind me, my nerves refusing to settle. Maybe it was a coincidence. Maybe the driver lived nearby or was simply heading in the same direction. But deep down, I knew better. There was something off, something I couldn't quite place, and my gut told me to keep moving.
The streets were unusually quiet, with only the faint rustle of leaves in the wind and the occasional hum of distant traffic. It was eerie, like the world was holding its breath. My hands tightened around the straps of my backpack as I turned the corner and finally saw the familiar school building come into view. Relief washed over me, but it was short-lived.
Just ahead, I spotted Alice, Tristan, and Caspian walking toward the school entrance. Their pace was unusually slow, and they seemed deeply engrossed in conversation. I felt a pang of irritation. Why hadn't they waited for me?
"Alice! Caspian!" I called out, my voice echoing in the still morning air. They didn't respond. " Tristan! " I tried again, louder this time, but still nothing. It was like they couldn't hear me at all.
Frowning, I quickened my pace, determined to catch up. By the time I reached the school gates, they had already disappeared into the building. My curiosity was piqued. What could they possibly be talking about that had them so distracted?
Once inside, I caught sight of them again, this time walking down one of the quieter hallways. I called out to them once more, but they still didn't react. Frustrated and now genuinely intrigued, I decided to follow them quietly.
Keeping a safe distance, I strained to hear their conversation.
"I felt the ground moving," Caspian was saying, his voice low but intense. "And did you see the flowers? They were blooming at night—roses, of all things. That's not normal. It was like they were radiating energy."
Alice nodded, her expression serious. "I felt it too. But that's not all. Did you see the moon? It was full and brighter than I've ever seen it. And there was… a face on it."
"A face?" Caspian scoffed, his skepticism evident. "You're imagining things, Alice. Since when does the moon have a face?"
"You just didn't look up," Alice shot back. "You were too busy staring at the ground. The face was there, clear as day. And it wasn't just any face—it looked familiar."
Tristan, who had been silent until now, added, "The face… it was like it was watching us. Almost like it knew we were there."
A chill ran down my spine at their words. Before I could stop myself, I spoke up. "A person's face on the moon, Tristan? Really?"
The three of them jumped, spinning around to face me with wide eyes. Their expressions were a mix of fear and guilt, like kids caught stealing candy.
"Geez, Golderine! " Caspian exclaimed, clutching his chest dramatically. "You scared the life out of us!"
"Maybe you shouldn't be talking about creepy moon faces in the middle of the hallway," I teased, crossing my arms. "What's got you all so spooked?"
"Never mind that," Tristan said, his tone sharper than usual. "How much did you hear?"
"Enough to know you've officially lost it," I replied with a smirk. "Moon faces? Energy-blooming flowers? Did you guys smoke something weird last night?"
Alice glared at me, clearly unimpressed. "No, Golderine. We're not on drugs. We all saw it. Don't tell me you didn't notice anything strange last night."
"Nope," I said with a shrug. "I was busy working on our presentation for history class. Unlike you three, I don't have time for wild moon-gazing adventures."
"You didn't feel anything?"Caspian pressed. "Not even the ground moving?"
I hesitated, a flicker of doubt creeping in. I had felt something strange last night—a slight tremor beneath my feet and an inexplicable warmth in the air. But I'd brushed it off, assuming it was just my imagination.
"No," I lied. "Nothing out of the ordinary. Honestly, if you guys wrote this stuff down, you could sell it as a fantasy novel."
Caspian sighed, running a hand through his hair. "You don't believe us."
"I think you've all been watching too many sci-fi movies," I said lightly, trying to diffuse the tension. "Anyway, let's focus on what's important. Caspian, are you ready for the presentation? It's the last period today, so you'd better not mess it up."
"I'm ready," he assured me. "Don't worry."
"Good. Because I don't want to have to cover for you again."
Alice rolled her eyes. "Why do you always have to be so practical, Golderine? Not everything is about school."
"Because someone has to keep us grounded,"I shot back. "And frankly, your stories are getting a little too wild for a Friday morning. It's like you're all just counting down to the weekend."
Tristan smirked. "Maybe we are."
"Good," I said, grabbing Alice and Caspian by the arms. "Then let's get to class before the bell rings. No more weird moon stories."
As I led them down the hallway their conversation came back to my mind. I felt like what I dream of,it was not actually a dream it was real and believed that it was actually connected to this . I know I felt and saw it and I was really in the garden. It must be because I read a lot , this week I'm taking a break from reading.
The day passed uneventfully, but their conversation still lingered in my mind. By the time history class rolled around, I found myself stealing glances at them, trying to gauge if they were still thinking about the events of the night before.
Caspian nailed his presentation, as expected, but even as he spoke, there was a distant look in his eyes. Alice and Tristan weren't any better, both of them unusually quiet.
When the final bell rang, I felt a strange mix of relief and unease. We gathered our things and prepared to leave.
