Chapter 195: Emotions Soaked in Blood

The smoke of the bombardment gradually dissipated, and the air was filled with the acrid scent of burning and destruction. Two figures retreated, stabilizing themselves midair.

Watcher 16 panted lightly, his eyes fixed intently on Shingin in the distance, while his peripheral vision scanned his surroundings with precision. He was well aware of the deadly nature of the Sixfold Ice Mirrors—he had witnessed its lethality when Shingin used it against Watcher 17. Once trapped within the icy mirrors, one's body would be entirely frozen.

"I can't let that thing trap me..." he muttered, clenching his teeth as sweat dripped from his brow. His knees bent slightly, ready to move at high speed at any moment.

But Shingin gave him no chance to catch his breath. With a sudden, powerful swing of his Raigeki Blade, sword energy surged across the heavens and the earth, accompanied by a resonant and commanding shout:

"Dragon Descends."

A purple-gold dragon erupted from the slash, racing toward Watcher 16 like a bolt of lightning. Its destructive aura was suffocating, its speed so fast it seemed almost illusory.

Watcher 16's pupils contracted sharply as he instinctively activated high-speed movement. His form blurred, weaving through the oncoming dragon. But soon, he noticed something amiss: the Sixfold Ice Mirrors were moving along with the dragon's trajectory!

"What?!" Watcher 16's heart skipped a beat. He quickly realized that the mirrors weren't merely chasing him—they were cooperating with incredible precision. Their speed matched the dragon's, and...

"Damn it! The whirlwind is accelerating the mirrors!"

He gritted his teeth, continuing to evade at high speed, searching for an opening. However, just as he thought the mirrors' sole intent was to surround him, he noticed something unusual: instead of closing in, the six mirrors were forming a larger structure—a faint circle.

"What is this..." His mind raced, but he had no time to think further.

A sharp crackle pierced the air, and the scent of ozone thickened. Watcher 16's eyes widened in alarm as he identified the source of the danger.

"Sixfold Thunderstorm."

Shingin's voice was low and commanding, like the calm before a tempest. The six mirrors aligned midair, their surfaces glowing with blinding lightning. The thunderclaps roared deafeningly, and bolts of electricity darted between the mirrors, forming a massive, interconnected web of lightning.

Boom—! The lightning grew ever more intense, surging between the mirrors in violent arcs. Ice and thunder intertwined, creating a seamless domain of frost and storm. Within that field, thunder roared, and the air itself spiraled wildly, like a colossal beast awakening.

Watcher 16 was trapped at the domain's center, the space around him entirely consumed by lightning. His movements were restricted, his body entangled by countless serpentine chains of electricity. Every attempt to break free only resulted in more severe electric shocks.

"My body... locked in place?" His face reflected a mixture of disbelief and shock. For the first time, his powers seemed utterly futile. Bound by the combined forces of thunder and ice, he was incapable of escaping.

Sizzle—!

The electric field intensified, contracting rapidly as the arcs of lightning converged into a triangular formation, aiming directly at the center of the domain.

"What?! He's not just trying to trap me... He's..."

Watcher 16 realized everything too late.

BOOM—!

A massive explosion shattered the skies, the thunderous force obliterating everything in its wake. The ground quaked violently as the blast carved a deep crater into the earth. Surrounding buildings crumbled into ruins, reduced to mere debris.

In the distance, Kaga allowed a faint smirk to grace her lips. Watching the destructive scene unfold, she whispered softly, "Is this your endless fury, Shingin? Or perhaps... you're still holding back."

As the smoke and dust began to settle, the battlefield revealed nothing but scorched earth. Shingin hovered midair, holding the Raigeki Blade. His gaze was cold and merciless, fixed on the center of the destruction.

Suddenly, the scorched ground trembled faintly. A trickle of water emerged, followed by Watcher 16's battered figure. His clothes were tattered, his arms trembled slightly, and blood trickled from the corner of his mouth—but the unyielding fire in his eyes remained.

"Heh..." He chuckled weakly, his blood-streaked lips curling into a grin. "I have to admit... That was one hell of a move."

Raising his blade, water swirled once again around its edge. His gaze locked onto Shingin as he growled, "But you haven't won yet."
