After mustering up some courage, Michael gently used his hand to lift the chest area of Betty's nightgown. As he did, the built-in bandeau of her nightgown slowly rose, revealing what was hidden beneath.

Watching this on video, I could see Michael's face flush with excitement, sweat dripping down as he struggled to control his increasingly heavy and rapid breathing.
