Chapter 067 Quick... quick... pull it out... R18

I don't know how long it was, but I groggily woke up, not in a hospital but still in my own office. The floor felt ice cold beneath me. After dozing off for a while, I felt much better, both emotionally and physically.

I tried several times, using the chair for support, and finally managed to stand up. I slumped back into the chair, rubbed my eyes, and my gaze fell on the computer screen. The image of Betty and Michael in the act was still frozen on the display.

God, this is just too cruel. I wished it was all a dream, that I'd wake up and find none of this had ever happened. I glanced at the time; it was the middle of the night, still over two hours until I had to start work. I had apparently passed out for about five or six hours.

I went to the restroom and splashed my face with cold water to wake myself up a bit more. Since it had already happened, I had to face it. There was no escaping this reality.
