"You can't catch me!" I screamed and started running. He chased after me and soon enough he caught me.

Suddenly,it started raining. He twirled me around in the rain and we were both laughing in excitement. He put me down when we were both out of breath. When we regained our composure,he looked into my blue eyes.

"I love you Kayra",he whispered and I smiled. I closed my eyes as he leaned in to kiss me

Meet Kayra Summers,a typical high school girl who has made up her mind to get out of that prison they call school without any sort of drama or trouble. But her plans may be thwarted when Jayson Bradshaw decides to change his time table in the middle of the semester.

Jayson Bradshaw is well known as the mysterious bad boy of North Hills High. Having anything to do with him...well is a mystery because no one knows who he really is,and Kayra definitely does not want to know what that mystery is.

Did she think it was going to be that easy to succeed in avoiding him? Especially since he lives just across the street.

As I turned down the hallway to get to class, I met Stephanie. She was on her way to my locker so we could walk to class together before Audrey came to create a scene. 


"Hey, what's got your panties in a twist?" She asked when she saw I was frowning. 


"Can you believe she actually said I was sleeping with Jayson?" 


"I gave her a piece of my mind and walked out on her" 


"Just forget about her and let's get to school, the bell will go off any moment from now." 


"Sure. Shall we?" She held out her arm with the elbow out and I giggled before hooking my arm in it. We both laughed and made our way to class like a groom walking down the aisle with his bride just after they got married. 


"So how was the ride with your dad like yesterday? Or this time, you conversed a little."
