Medusa’s entire world seemed to halt at the foreigner’s appearance. For a moment, all she stared at was those eyes beneath the shadows itself. The darkness that emanated from this very room made it known that it wasn’t any foreigner but the owner. 


The wind came up, taking her attire in sharp movement which contrasted to it, as she stared into the nothingness of that very presence which hasn’t made itself known. The atmosphere became a daunting sensation that crept into every corner of the room. 


Another flicker of lightning flashed across the sky, burying the faces of the two beings under its illumination. It was then she saw who those eyes belonged to in that piercing darkness.
