"President Harry, now that your little girlfriend has left, can you stop pretending?" Samuel smiled as he stepped forward, grabbing Harry and raising his glass.

"Come, this one's for you. You're a friend I've decided to make!"

Harry still couldn't tell whether Samuel genuinely wanted to be friends or had ulterior motives.

But Samuel wasn't pursuing the matter with Nancy and was even willing to reconcile. That was definitely better than having him as an enemy.

It's better to resolve grievances than to create them. Having one more friend is always better than having one more enemy. Thinking this, Harry raised his glass and downed the red wine in one gulp.

"The rest of you, get out too!" Samuel waved at the other two at the table, signaling for them to leave.

Samuel's secretary and the man who had been slapped earlier immediately stood up and respectfully exited.
