Chapter 24: The First Test
Obedience.
That's what they wanted now. Not just submission, not just silence. They wanted proof that I belonged to them.
I had already broken. But they weren't satisfied.
Now, they were going to make sure I never even thought about fighting back again.
Leo's Commands – The Routine Begins
The morning started with Leo's control.
He was waiting for me in the dining room, standing near the head of the table, his icy-blue eyes scanning me like I was an object he was inspecting.
I stopped at the threshold, my hands clenching slightly.
Leo pulled out a chair. "Sit."
I sat.
Adrian smirked from his seat across the table, twirling a fork between his fingers. "Wow. That was fast."
I ignored him.
Leo placed a plate in front of me. "Eat."
I hesitated for a second too long.
Leo's gaze darkened. "You're already failing," he said coldly.
I quickly picked up my fork and forced myself to take a bite.
Adrian chuckled. "Good girl."
The words made my stomach turn.
But I kept eating, ignoring the weight of their stares.
Leo leaned back, satisfied. "See? This isn't so hard."
I said nothing.
Adrian's Game – Testing Her Reactions
After breakfast, Adrian decided to push me further.
We were in the living room, the space feeling too big, too empty.
Adrian sat beside me on the couch, too close, his storm-gray eyes filled with amusement.
"You're quiet," he mused, reaching out and lightly tracing a finger down my arm.
I didn't flinch.
Adrian's smirk widened. "You don't react to anything anymore, huh?"
I remained perfectly still.
His hand suddenly shot to my chin, gripping it as he tilted my face up.
Nothing.
He leaned in closer, his breath fanning over my skin. "What if I kissed you right now?" he whispered. "Would you even care?"
Nothing.
Adrian chuckled softly, then suddenly, his lips brushed against mine—light, teasing, testing.
I didn't pull away.
But I didn't kiss him back either.
When he pulled away, his smirk returned, but his eyes held something sharper.
"Still not fun," he muttered. Then, just to test me further, he kissed me again—harder this time, more demanding.
I let him.
When he finally pulled back, he exhaled sharply. "Damn. You really are broken, huh?"
He turned to Nico, who had been standing near the window, silent. "What do you think? Is she faking it?"
Nico's emerald-green gaze was unreadable. "She's not faking."
Adrian chuckled, leaning back against the couch. "Guess we can do whatever we want now, huh?"
The First Real Test – Prove You Belong to Us
That night, they decided I had to prove my obedience.
Leo stood in front of me, arms crossed. "Words mean nothing. You have to show us."
I swallowed hard, my pulse quickening.
Adrian grinned from the side. "Let's play a game."
I didn't respond.
Leo nodded toward Nico. "You decide."
Nico stepped forward, his gaze cold and calculating. "Simple," he murmured. "You do exactly what we say. Without hesitation."
A slow chill crept down my spine.
Nico's hand lifted, his fingers ghosting over my cheek. "If we tell you to kneel, you kneel. If we tell you to stay silent, you don't make a sound. Do you understand?"
I hesitated for a fraction of a second.
Nico's grip on my chin tightened. "Do you understand?"
I swallowed. "Yes."
Leo exhaled softly. "Good. Then kneel."
My body locked up.
I wasn't sure why—after everything, after all I had already endured, after everything I had let them do—this felt different.
Adrian tilted his head. "Problem, sweetheart?"
I forced myself to move, lowering to my knees in front of them.
Leo nodded approvingly. "See? Not so difficult."
Adrian grinned. "I like this new version of her."
Nico crouched slightly, his emerald gaze never leaving mine. "You're learning," he murmured. "Good girl."
His fingers trailed along my jaw, slow, deliberate. "But you're not done yet."
I swallowed hard.
Nico smiled. "Now, say it."
I hesitated. "…Say what?"
Nico's hand tightened around my jaw, forcing my face up to his. "Say you belong to us."
My stomach twisted.
Adrian let out a soft laugh. "Oh, this is my favorite part."
Leo just watched.
Nico tilted his head slightly, waiting.
The silence stretched between us.
Then, I whispered it.
"I belong to you."
The words barely left my lips, but they echoed through the room like a death sentence.
Nico's grip loosened. His thumb brushed over my bottom lip in approval.
Adrian whistled lowly. "Damn. That sounded real."
Leo exhaled slowly, satisfied. "Now you understand."
I did.
There was no escape.
I wasn't just broken anymore.
Now, I was theirs.
