Chapter 20: Grandma's True Intentions
(The scene opens with the family trapped in the house, surrounded by visions of Christmases past.)
Nora: (looks up at Grandma's Ghost) Grandma, are you helping us or enjoying us being haunted?
Grandma's Ghost: (pauses, a hint of a smile on her face) Oh, dearie, I'm doing a little bit of both.
Mary: (shocked) Grandma, how could you?
Grandma's Ghost: (shrugs) I've been trapped in this house for so long, I've grown accustomed to the company. And besides, it's not every day I get to see my family so... animated.
Jack: (angrily) That's not funny, Grandma.
Grandma's Ghost: (chuckles) Oh, come now, Jack. Don't be such a Grinch.
Lucy: (scared) Grandma, please. Help us.
Grandma's Ghost: (sighs) Fine. I'll help you. But only because I want to see how this all plays out.
(The family exchanges nervous glances, unsure of what to make of Grandma's Ghost's motives...)
Chapter 21: The Dark Gift
(The scene opens with Grandma's Ghost floating towards a mysterious, wrapped present under the Christmas tree.)
Grandma's Ghost: (smirks) Ah, yes. The pièce de résistance.
Mary: (nervously) What is that?
Grandma's Ghost: (proudly) A little something I've been saving for you. A dark gift to make your Christmas unforgettable.
Jack: (suspiciously) What's in it?
Grandma's Ghost: (teasingly) Oh, that would spoil the surprise. But trust me, you won't want to miss it.
(As Grandma's Ghost floats away, the family exchanges nervous glances, wondering what could be inside the mysterious present...)
Chapter 22: Unwrapping the Horror
(The scene opens with the family hesitantly approaching the mysterious present under the Christmas tree.)
Lucy: (nervously) Do we have to open it?
Mary: (cautiously) I don't know, sweetie. But I think we should.
Jack: (firmly) We need to know what's going on.
(As they unwrap the present, they reveal a small, antique music box with a creepy, porcelain doll inside.)
Nora: (screams) Mommy!
Mary: (shocked) Oh my god...
(Suddenly, the music box starts playing a haunting, discordant tune, and the porcelain doll begins to move on its own...)
