Waves of Truth

The ocean makes one feel tiny, yet it always has a way of calming the soul.

Rachel remembered several years ago when Kingsly brought her here. Kingsly was standing in the exact spot where she stood now.

The scene from then plays in Rachel's mind. Her mindset at that time was much more innocent than it is now.

Gazing at the expanse of the sea before her, she spoke to Kingsly, who stood not far away, his figure tall and handsome. "Just now, I changed my mind. I've decided to keep the baby."

Kingsly's stern expression softened noticeably.

"You should have made this decision. No matter what, you need to think about your health."

In the past, he seemed to have never spoken such caring words to her. Recently, though, he often did.

Rachel closed her eyes for a moment.

After several seconds, she turned to look at Kingsly.

The wind by the sea was strong, lifting her hair.
