Perks of Reincarnation

With the old man in mind, Taurus had to slow down a little and by the end of the day, Amelia left him and Mammot alone to return to the academy.

[-1 Mana Stone(Medium-Quality)]

'So you stole mana stones, no wonder it took you a while to be finished.' Mammot commented through the link when he saw the mana stone in Taurus' hand.

'Of course, how could I lay the traps otherwise?' Taurus responded before crushing the stone, absorbing the mana and filling it back to 200.

'Where do you think that High-Quality stone came from?' Mammot questioned and Taurus shook his head, having no clue in mind.

'I do not know, but I guess someone gave it to him.' Taurus responded, knowing such a stone needed at least 5,000 mana points.

He also believed his grandfather was too far from having 1,000 points in his spirit attribute.

'It's not that important right now, what's important is that I gained 200 Medium-Quality stones from it.' Taurus continued as four more stones appeared in his hand, before absorbing them a moment later to recover all of his mana.

'May I ask how long can you hold your breath for?' He communicated once again, his words piquing Mammot's curiosity.

'What do you intend to do?' 'Nothing much, I will just Restrict and then Freeze you.' Taurus responded, a wide smile taking form on his face.

'I will pass, how about testing on Abyssum? Less risker and mostly fair.' Mammot spoke as Taurus stood up before nodding his head, having an idea on his mind.

'Never mind that. Could you at least cover for me? I will leave the Pendragon state for an hour.'

'Oh yes! You leave then someone comes up to check up on you and I take the blame.'

'Common, Mammot! They are probably long asleep by now.' Guessing his parents would get him an escort knight once he began primary school, Taurus wanted to begin a little earlier than intended by clearing some of Abyssum's hideouts.

'Hell no, you have superior attributes and all, but still, whatever you do will easily link back to you.'

'Meh, you know how I operate… I naturally won't allow myself to be discovered.'

'That's fine, but what about their blood for example, how would you explain it to your parents?!'

'I think I have a solution,' Taurus responded as the dark spirit took form behind him before covering his body, absorbing his entire figure whole.

'With this, I won't have to deal with such minor problems at all.' Taurus spoke before moving around, his armor-like spirit impressing Mammot deeply.

'Hold on a second? Since when was your spirit able to with the real world?'

'Good question, I have no exact answer but I assume it's due to the Fragment of Space.'

'And you are okay with it?'

'It worries me, but if there was something that I could do then I would have done it.'

'Fair enough, do whatever you want but be back as fast as possible.'

'No worries, use the soul link if something happens. You know my attributes are high enough to prevent such annoying situations.'

Taurus responded before bursting forward toward the western side of their lands.

He continued for another minute at maximum speed before arriving at the western gates.

'Eden, was it?' He stood on his uncle's roof, retrieving the Book of Knowledge.

He was not someone capable of remembering every single thing that came across his path and thankfully, the book worked as a sort of note.

He flipped through the pages looking for the Abyssum page he recorded during his past life.

'Here it is!' Taurus smiled upon finding the page with a single word, with 'Abyssum' as a title on the top.

He began circulating the mana before focusing it on his hand and touching the page with his index finger.

Immediately, the golden letters appeared on the page, before twirling and forming a set of lines filled with words.

'Yes, it is Eden Restaurant!' Once done comparing the information with his memory, Taurus continued his way toward the western side of the capital before arriving at the restaurant a few moments later.

'Now, how should I handle this?' Taurus thought as he stood above the restaurant's roof, the Abyssum hideout was below, and sneaking inside was troublesome.

'I suppose I could destroy the restaurant as a whole given they are involved.' Taurus' thoughts deepened while eyeing the entrance.

It was at the dead of the night and the restaurant was mostly inactive, except for the secret part they kept from the common folk.

'Well, it depends on whether I find any kidnapped children here or not,' Taurus thought before jumping down to the door after releasing his spirit and returning to his normal child form.

"Uncle, uncle heeeeeelp me pleeeeeeease!" Taurus knocked on the closed door as hard as he could, without going overboard and a few seconds later, an elderly looking opened the door.

'Oh, another child! Look's like we are lucky!' The old man thought before staring at Taurus.

His strange reaction and creepy smile gave Taurus the final push, knowing the elder was far from being innocent.

"Uncle! Do you know where could I find some Abyssum scum?!" A worse grin painted Taurus' face as the spirit appeared behind him once again, sending a shiver down the elder's spine.

"What—" "KILL THEM, KILL THEEEEEEEM ALL!" Taurus shouted as the spirit burst forward, capturing the man before swiftly crushing his head while Taurus followed behind, shutting the restaurant's room behind.

[You've leveled up and gained +5 Attribute Points]

"God bless you all, and thanks for the experience!" Taurus shouted in ecstasy as Tenebirus continued the massacre on his behalf while he went around checking for any secret passages that could lead him to the underground.

"Ah here you are, but I don't have much time…" Taurus muttered upon finishing a bookshelf in one of the hallways of the restaurant before gripping it with his hands, tearing it apart, and throwing the whole thing away as the hidden path appeared before him.

"Good job, buddy. Let's go!" Taurus stared at the Tenebirus for a moment, before cheering the spirit for its performance.

He eventually looked ahead before taking the stairs leading to the underground and soon, he found himself meeting Abyssum guards.

"Halt, who—"

"Send them to join their families, IN DEATH!" Taurus shouted once again as Tenebirus charged forward.

The spirit's fist collided with a guard on the left, turning his whole body into a blood mist from the overwhelming difference in stats.

"Oh yeaaaaaaa, the hefty experience!!! Is this a perk of reincarnation?!" Taurus whisted before following behind Tenebirus as the spirit cleaned the path for him.

The difference in level earning much more experience compared to before and shooting him toward the twenties was barely any effort.

"Good job again, let's leave the rest to the government!" Taurus muttered as the cells containing a few uncounsus children appeared before his face before making up his mind to leave them behind.

Tenebirus nodded before approaching Taurus, merging with him and taking the spirit's form again.

"Time to destroy this shit hole and leave," Taurus spoke before jumping on the roof once again and bringing his fists together.

He struck down the roof as everything came crumbling before his eyes, and then he charged back toward their family's land.
