Heads will roll

"Oh sweetie, I couldn't imagine you exercising this early!" Alexandra spoke as the sun rose over the horizon, its rays bathing Taurus' room.

"Yes, I woke up early to get some exercise going and to prepare myself for school!" Taurus responded, his tone refined and his words less childish than before.

While doing a set of push-ups with one hand, he effortlessly waved the other one. His mother nodded her head, satisfied with his progress and response.

"Lea will help dress you and prepare your school notes," Alexandra spoke and Taurus nodded his head granting her his silent approval.

She eventually left the room and he continued with his exercises for a few more minutes before wiping his sweat.

"Are you ready, young master?!" Taurus shook his head upon hearing Lea's voice, his personal maid.

"Yes, please enter." He spoke as the young girl entered the room, bowing to him slightly before making her way to his wardrobe.

"What do you wish to wear today, Taru?" The girl spoke, addressing him by his name given he allowed her such a thing when they were alone.

"Anything? Just pick whatever you want." Taurus responded and she did as told, holding her chin for a moment before pulling a couple of clothes from the wardrobe.

"Thank you," Taurus spoke before taking off his current clothes.

"What do you think?" Taurus spoke after taking the red shirt and brown pants from her before putting them on.

"You are messy!" She spoke once he was done and thus she began adjusting them to look better.

By the end, Taurus looked much better compared to before. His shirt was pulled back, and a part of it was dug below his pants.

Once done, she helped him put a black open jacket on top.

"Much better! Why don't you have a look at yourself?!" Finally, she spoke, her hand pointing at the mirror facing them.

"Yes, thank you!" Taurus did as told and inspected himself, ending up closing the jacket to a certain degree before speaking.

"You are welcome. Madam said you could have your breakfast before leaving once you are dressed."

"I will go now, thank you once again!" Taurus waved his hands to the girl before leaving the room, on his way to the main hall.

"How do I look, father?!" Taurus spoke as the old man nodded his head, too busy with his breakfast.

"You look great, honey!" His mother responded before beckoning him to join them.

Taurus soon did and had his breakfast with them before finally putting on his shoes and heading out to the carriage waiting for him.

'Time to start!' Taurus thought the moment he was alone in the carriage.

He retrieved a couple of medium-quality mana stones, ready to reward the carriage owner in the hope of bringing some unwanted attention.

In the past few weeks, Taurus had known all the information from his prisoner. He couldn't believe himself when they decided to move out of their main hideout in the capital, it made no sense to him knowing it would make their work much harder compared to before.

'Doesn't matter, I will have to figure this one out on my own.' Taurus thought the matter of children being kidnapped easily under the government's nose was something unsettling for him.

"We've arrived, you master!" The carriage owner shouted, shocking Taurus and causing him to push his thoughts aside.

'Ah, nostalgia!' Taurus thought as he looked outside, having a couple of mixed feelings the moment he saw the 'Saint Masseti's Primary School' banner hanging on the school's main building.

Childhood friends and lovers were not all he had, there were rivals, enemies, and many more clowns disguising themselves as adults.

'I'm glad I'm ready this time,' Taurus' thoughts deepened, his hand clenched into a fist the moment as his rage spiked for a few moments.

"Heads will roll!" He spoke before punching the carriage's door, opening it before stepping outside, his mood back to normal in a blink of an eye.

"Thank you, aaa" Taurus spoke, rubbing his hair for a few moments because he didn't know the man's name.

"Grandpa?" Taurus continued, addressing the old man politely before throwing two mana stones at him.

"Aaaah, I can't have those!" The man shouted, jumping off the carriage in an attempt to return the reward.

"You can! They are gifts from me, just keep it a secret!" Taurus responded and proceeded to explain why it was fine, causing the carriage owner to give up eventually, keeping the mana stones to himself.

"See you later, then, Grandpa!" Taurus waved his hand before turning around and passing through the school's gate, glad that his gift was accepted.

'Well, I hope he accepts every time.' Taurus thought, knowing if this didn't go the way he wanted then he would be pushed to find another way.

'Well, at least this is new!' Taurus continued on his way, the way humans and monsters came along impressing him deeply.

"Taurus!" The soft, childish, familiar voice assaulted Taurus' ears. 'Lily? I forgot she was my age for a moment.' He turned his head slowly to the south, as sure as he hell it was her.

"Who?" Taurus spoke, facing the red-haired girl and tilting his head while acting oblivious only to gauge her reaction.

"I'm Lily!" She shouted with a grumble before stomping the ground with her feet, painting a smile on his face.

"I know!" Taurus responded before laughing out loud, angering her further.

"You stink.." She muttered angrily before punching him in the chest, then she continued her words.

"Guess what?! We are in the same class!" Lily spoke before dragging his arm storming inside the building facing them.

"Yes, I know! But can't I walk on my own?" Taurus responded, her words making him think about something else and allowing her to pull him through the hallways.

'I should definitely check on class one.' Taurus thought, guessing Elenora had to be in class one given her name started with E.

Every year students were always separated into four groups, each forming a class based on the letters with a maximum of four classes.
