The sage player was the first one to take it.

She studied it with interest and found nothing unusual about it.

Then, their system presented a quest notification and explained the properties of those pills.

Yet, there was one simple misjudgment…

A small mistake their system would make and wouldn't explain anything about the curse and how addictive it was.

She could manipulate and hide the real value, and the Pill Curser was capable of that.

So, with no concern about getting caught, Jung presented and distributed them to the party members.

Reading the item description and getting excited, the sage ingested it and waited for the effect.

The imprint was immediate, and her progression bar changed.

"It's true!" she exclaimed, "I am Tier V now."
