On the Martial Fist Temple

The Martial Fist Temple is situated near the border of the Alliance and the Holy Land. It shares the surrounding territory with two similarly-sized sects, the Frozen Sea Palace and the Golden Buddha Sect. It shares secret realms and other benefits with the other sects local to the Bazaar, a strong meeting point on the border between the two super=organizations.

Positions:

Outer Disciple - "Trial Disciple." Given 3 years to prove their mettle. If they don't, they get kicked out. Some lucky few are given jobs around the sect instead.

Inner Disciple - A disciple accepted by the sect, given a reasonable allowance and expected to give back to the sect while cultivating to the next realm.

Core Disciple - A core member of the sect, expected to replace one of the elders, the great elder, or even the Sectmaster himself.

Young Sectmaster - The core disciple chosen by the Sectmaster to become the next Sectmaster.

Acolyte Elder - A disciple that has been promoted to an Elder without having the martial qualifications. This is generally done to provide for those in the sect who have lost their cultivation due to various means, and have lost their abilities on behalf of the sect.

Trial Elder - A disciple under purview to be promoted to the rank of elder.

Elder - Holds fairly large status and sway within the sect. Various titles suggest what they do. For example, the maintenance elder, punishment elder, cooking crew elder, smithing elder, etc. Most often the teacher or supervisor of one of the sect's areas.

Guest Elder - Holds status, but belongs to somewhere other than the sect. Similar to an exchange student but as the teacher.

Head Elder - In charge of the assigned sect department, such as the Head Punishment Elder.

Great Elder - Second in Command to the Sectmaster.

Sectmaster - Destroyer of Worlds, the BIG DADDY.
