Chapter 42: Is Fu Jingchen Protecting Her?

Lin Luqiu might have been the most calm and collected one.

She lowered her head and saw that Fu Jingchen had signed his name everywhere he was supposed to.

His handwriting was just like him: mature, steady, yet with an icy cold aura. Each stroke seemed to have been thought out well in advance, executed with serene confidence.

"Here's the pen," Fu Jingchen offered his usual fountain pen to her, his demeanor detached, without a ripple of emotion.

She smiled faintly, took the pen, and crouched down to sign her name on the divorce agreement.

But to several people watching, her smile seemed forced out of fear of Fu Jingchen. Clearly not wanting to sign, yet not daring to go against his wishes.

Only Fu Jingchen and Mr. Fu knew that she was truly indifferent.

Without any hesitation or dragging of feet.

"This..." Seeing that she had finished signing, Mr. Fu could only sigh, "Then shall I arrange for someone to pack your things and send you back to the Lin Family later?"
