Jasper Brown started the car. "How could that be?"
Sienna Summers said, "Honey, don't lie to me, okay? If the styling is just so-so, it's your reputation that's going to suffer."
Jasper Brown raised his eyebrows. "Didn't you hear those people complimenting you just now?"
Sienna Summers replied, "I heard it, but what if they were just being polite?"
Jasper Brown glanced at her and laughed. "So, you only want to hear the truth from me? 'Beauty is the wisdom of women,' my dear wife. Are you only trying to please me?"
Sienna Summers denied it. "Who's trying to please you? I just noticed you looked indifferent, so I guessed my styling must be mediocre."
Jasper Brown looked at her again. "Indeed, it's mediocre, and not as good-looking as you usually are."
Sienna Summers was somewhat speechless. "Are you serious?"
"Of course I am... not."
Jasper Brown chuckled softly.
My wife is too beautiful today.
So beautiful that I don't want her to be in everyone's sight.
