Chapter 316: It seems I don't remember you

"Jasper!"

Sienna Summers called out.

The bathroom was slightly steamy, wisps of mist lingering in the air.

As she scanned her surroundings, she spotted the spacious bathtub. Jasper Brown was reclining half-submerged within, a teasing smile curving at his lips as he looked at her.

The scene she'd imagined did not appear.

The man was perfectly fine.

The words Sienna had been about to say died in her throat as she strode forward, scrutinizing him from head to toe.

"You're alright?"

"Not entirely," Jasper casually replied with two words.

Sienna's gaze dropped, noticing a bottle of body wash lying at her feet.

It seemed the sound she'd heard earlier was this bottle falling onto the ground.

She picked it up, meeting the amusement in his eyes, feeling momentarily speechless.

Not entirely? Seriously?

"You tell me, did you deliberately drop the body wash to lure me in here?"
