"Who takes a bath with their clothes on?"
Clara Knox glanced back at her brother-in-law sitting next to her and wished she could disappear. She carried her phone upstairs, worried that Edward Harper might say something embarrassing for everyone.
"I'm at the old house."
She mentioned this to hint that he shouldn't speak recklessly. On the other side, Edward Harper grabbed a towel to dry his hair.
"What are you so nervous about? I just want to ask what shampoo your family uses so Liam Johnson can buy a set. The hotel's stuff smells terrible."
As they spoke, Clara had already returned to her room upstairs. She closed the door and finally breathed a sigh of relief.
"The brand we use at home is from the U.S. I'll send you a bottle. If you buy it, it probably won't arrive so quickly; it takes at least half a month to clear customs."
"Okay, then send me a bottle."
While they were talking, Clara's screen suddenly turned black, and she could only see herself in the top right corner.
