Chapter 51 Save My Child

Delilah Woods did not die.

After Isolde Garrison hurriedly ran away from her, Delilah was rescued just in time by someone.

Though the child was gone, she at least clung to life.

Not until her daughter was brought to the hospital did Delilah's mother learn what her daughter had been going through at school.

Having lost her husband early, Delilah's mother had raised her daughter alone and could not fathom her child enduring such bullying.

She furiously approached the school in hopes of obtaining some form of justice, but the school's responses were elusive and even hinted at blaming Delilah for tarnishing the school's reputation.

Delilah's mother was merely a wage worker, barely managing her daughter's tuition with the meager pension left by her father. Her intention was for her daughter to attend a good school, but she could never have anticipated these events.
