Chapter 64: The Fiancé Picked for Her

Samuel Chalmers lightly furrowed his brows.

This was not the first time he had seen Scarlett Jennings perform this action in front of him.

It's just that last time, she had been relatively discreet about it.

This time, however, she was quite open and aboveboard.

His dark eyes were tightly focused as he simply asked, "What do you have in your hand?"
