The principal originally intended to question her about the Dragon God's Power, but now, it seems there's no longer a need to ask.
Just because he didn't plan to ask, however, Scarlett Jennings had questions for him.
Looking at the slender figure standing by the mountain path entrance, the old principal felt a brief moment of nostalgia.
Once upon a time, someone had also blocked this mountain path, demanding again and again that he agree to her requests.
"I know you want to ask where your mentor is."
The principal's words immediately froze Scarlett Jennings in her tracks. Her lips parted as if to say something, but before she could, the elder with the long beard stroked it in a gesture of helplessness.
"I can't tell you, because that is a karmic matter between you and her. Some things can only be revealed by her, in her own words."
"But I can't find her," Scarlett replied.
She couldn't locate her mentor, nor could she glimpse her own destiny.
