Fu Chenlie glared at her once, then leaned back in his office chair, his long legs lifted as he pinched the bridge of his nose repeatedly.

It was clear that he was quite annoyed.

Wen Ran stood there, uncertain whether to stay or leave, but in the end, she braced herself to ask him, "What should I do about Grandma asking me to stay here?"

He responded coolly, "Besides staying, what else can you do?"

She looked at him uncertainly, "Would you be okay with going to work in a car driven by me?"

Fu Chenlie's hand movement abruptly stopped, nearly poking his own eye, and when his dark eyes opened, his entire face darkened, "First, ask yourself if your driving skills are up to par."
