Chapter 385: Drugging Edward Selwyn

"Clara Shaw, wait a moment."

Grace Summers gritted her teeth and could no longer maintain her composure. She hastily called out to Clara Shaw.

Clara Shaw paused her steps and turned to look at her. "What's the matter? Miss Summers, coming to me for cooperation without even a bargaining chip? What, you think you can get something for nothing? Do you take me for a fool?"

Grace Summers' face darkened instantly. She used to think Clara Shaw was just a naive and clueless girl without a hint of cunning.

But now it seemed Clara Shaw was far from being that simple.

After all, how could a child raised in the Shaw Family, such a prestigious and wealthy household, truly be naïve?

Grace Summers' hands instinctively clung to the hem of her dress, her mind racing with ways to persuade Clara Shaw.

Suddenly, a thought struck her, and she blurted out without hesitation, "You like Edward Selwyn, don't you? I can help you."
