Chapter 193: Avenging You

Lin Qian and Chen Fei returned to the shop.

Upon entering, they saw Du Qian looking at her coldly.

Lin Qian pursed her lips and silently sighed in her heart.

Sneaking out during work hours, Du Qian was probably going to make an issue out of it again.

But, it was true that she had not followed the shop's rules and regulations, deserving of a reprimand.

"Lin Qian, you ran off without cause during work hours, is this the fulfillment of a manager's duties that you were just earnestly talking to me about?"

"Manager Du, I'd like to report that Manager Lin just took me out to find a suitable place to welcome President Chu's arrival. Look, Manager Lin has already found the place."

That remark made Lin Qian swallow the words she was about to say.

She looked at Chen Fei, who winked at her.
