Chapter 187: No Simple Tricks

Julia Land left from Jinhua Restaurant and saw James Thompson standing by the car door.

The light shone on his face.

The corners of his mouth curved upward, restraining a smile, "Julia, I will fly to Sahara tomorrow morning to bring Dale home."

Julia's pupils contracted, and she suddenly widened her eyes.

The man walked over to her, pinched her ear, and gave it a tug, softly calling out, "Julia, have you gone numb?"

Julia swallowed hard, "Say that again?"

"I will go to Sahara tomorrow and bring our daughter back." James's eyes were tinged red. Others might not understand this feeling of self-reproach.

The sudden surprise made Julia feel like she was dreaming.

She had been living in Christopher Moore's nightmare for so many years.

Julia pinched her own arm.

Her entire face contorted.

It hurt, so it wasn't a dream.

James stretched out his hand to embrace Julia, his large hand cradling the back of her head, and his kiss fell on her hair.
